Abstract
Un horno de llama longitudinal de bajo NOX para la fusión de vidrio, equipado con un quemador aéreo que incluye un conducto de entrada de comburente con un porcentaje de entre el 15 y el 30% de oxígeno en su pared trasera, un conducto receptor de los gases de combustión en su pared trasera y un sistema de inyección sónico que incluye como mínimo un inyector de un chorro de un gas con una velocidad como mínimo igual al 80% de la velocidad sónica, llamado inyector sónico, que desemboca en la pared trasera o que desemboca en el conducto receptor de los gases de combustión, dicho inyector sónico inyecta su gas a contracorriente del flujo de los gases de combustión que se dirigen hacia el conducto receptor de los gases de combustión, como así también a un procedimiento de preparación de vidrio fundido que incluye la fusión de vidrio en dicho horno.
