Abstract

Procedimiento para la metanogénesis hidrogenotrófica de H₂ y CO₂ de manera de obtener CH₄, caracterizado porque una mezcla gaseosa que comprende gas natural, hidrógeno y CO₂ con una concentración mínima de gas natural del 10% y preferentemente con una relación estequiometría entre hidrógeno y CO₂ para la formación de CH₄, es introducida en un depósito subterráneo que comprende una zona de gas, y allí es almacenada en la presencia de microorganismos metanógenos. La presente se refiere también a la utilización de un procedimiento de este tipo para controlar el contenido de CO₂ y/o de hidrógeno en un gas natural.
