Abstract

Proceso para producir carbonato de sodio con amoniaco y/o para producir bicarbonato de sodio refinado, donde: un gas con bajo contenido de CO₂, generado por una unidad para producir carbonato de sodio con amoniaco y/o generado por una unidad para producir bicarbonato de sodio refinado, es enriquecido para obtener un gas enriquecido con CO₂ mediante el uso de un módulo de concentración de CO₂, tal como un módulo de concentración de CO₂ de amina o de amoniaco o de PSA o de TSA o de destilación criogénica o de membrana, y dicho gas enriquecido con CO₂ tiene un contenido de CO₂ aumentado de: +10% (como mínimo) a +90% (como máximo) en volumen de gas seco en relación con la concentración de CO₂ del gas con bajo contenido de este, y el gas enriquecido con CO₂ se recicla posteriormente en la unidad para producir carbonato de sodio con amoniaco y/o en la unidad para producir bicarbonato de sodio refinado, a fin de producir carbonato de sodio o bicarbonato de sodio, o para carbonatar al menos una parte de efluente proveniente de la unidad para producir carbonato de sodio y/o proveniente de la unidad para producir bicarbonato de sodio.
