Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Una planta o tejido vegetal o célula vegetal transgénico que comprende al menos un polinucleótido que comprende al menos una secuencia que codifica para un dominio variable de un anticuerpo de cadena pesada (VHH) que se une específicamente a un esfingolípido de un hongo, preferiblemente a una ceramida de un hongo, más preferiblemente a un glicoesfingolípido de un hongo, incluso más preferiblemente a un cerebrósido de un hongo, aún más preferiblemente a un glucocerebrósido de un hongo. Reivindicación 8: Partes cosechables y materiales de propagación de una planta o tejido vegetal o célula vegetal transgénico de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 7, que comprende al menos un polinucleótido como se lo define en una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 7. Reivindicación 11: Un método para proteger al menos parte de una planta o tejido vegetal o célula vegetal de una infección con un patógeno de planta, para inhibir el crecimiento de un patógeno de planta en al menos parte de una planta o tejido vegetal o célula vegetal, y/o para incrementar la resistencia a patógenos de al menos parte de una planta o tejido vegetal o célula vegetal, que comprende expresar en al menos parte de la planta o tejido vegetal o célula vegetal al menos un polinucleótido que codifica un dominio variable de un anticuerpo de cadena pesada (VHH) que se une específicamente a un patógeno. Reivindicación 13: Uso de al menos un polinucleótido que codifica un dominio variable de un anticuerpo de cadena pesada (VHH) que se une específicamente a un patógeno, para proteger al menos parte de una planta o tejido vegetal o célula vegetal de una infección con un patógeno de planta, para inhibir el crecimiento de un patógeno de planta en al menos parte de una planta o tejido vegetal o célula vegetal, y/o para incrementar la resistencia a patógenos de al menos parte de una planta o tejido vegetal o célula vegetal, en donde el polinucleótido es expresado en al menos parte de la planta o tejido vegetal.
