Abstract
La solicitud revela un sistema y un proceso de beneficiamiento en seco de finos y superfinos de mineral de óxido de hierro presente en diques de colas y minerales desechados de bajo contenido, que comprende un secador (9) inyección de aire caliente con medios de agitación mecánica y ejes provistos de palas (9.2) para la desagregación y el movimiento del material en las direcciones horizontal y vertical; un conjunto de aeroclasificadores operativamente conectado a la salida del secador, los cuales realizan una clasificación de los minerales de hierro finos y superfinos en rangos de granulometrías predeterminadas; y separadores magnéticos (13, 16, 19) con rodillos magnéticos (32, 42, 47) dispuestos en cascada, formados por imanes de tierras raras de baja y/o alta intensidad magnética, en donde los rodillos magnéticos están dispuestos en un ángulo de inclinación determinado.
