Abstract
Sistemas y métodos para optimizar resultados de perforación en base a, entre otras cosas, (1) datos en tiempo real recopilados durante la perforación, (2) una distribución de recortes a lo largo del pozo modelados transitoriamente, y opcionalmente (3) un cambio teórico de uno o más parámetros de operación. En algunos casos, los métodos pueden incluir perforar un pozo penetrando una formación subterránea mientras circula un fluido de perforación; recopilar datos en tiempo real acerca de la perforación; calcular una distribución de recortes a lo largo del pozo en base a datos en tiempo real usando un modelo transitorio; calcular un perfil de densidad de circulación equivalente a lo largo del pozo en base a (1) datos en tiempo real recopilados durante la perforación, (2) una distribución de recortes a lo largo del pozo modelados transitoriamente, y opcionalmente (3) un cambio teórico; y cambiar al menos un parámetro de operación en base a una comparación del perfil de densidad de circulación equivalente con un gradiente de fractura en la formación subterránea.
