Abstract

La presente se refiere a un método para separar y recuperar en secuencia uno o más líquidos de gas natural (NGLs) a partir de una corriente de alimentación de gas natural. De una manera específica, se pasa una corriente de alimentación de gas natural crudo por medio de dos o más unidad de separación de líquidos de gas natural (NGLs), en donde cada unidad de separación remueve uno o más líquidos de gas natural (NGLs) a partir de la corriente de alimentación de gas natural, para proporcionar un suministro de gas natural rico en metano. Cada unidad de separación emplea un medio de adsorción y tiene un paso de adsorción y un paso de regeneración del medio, en donde el paso de regeneración se puede operar como un proceso por lotes, un proceso semi-continuo, o un proceso continuo. Una modalidad de este método proporciona el uso de un medio adsorbente regenerable diferente en cada unidad de separación.
