Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Un concentrado en suspensión que contiene boscalida y kresoxim de metilo que comprende una dosis efectiva como fungicida de boscalida y kresoxim de metilo que tiene un diámetro de partículas promedio de 0,8 - 1,3 mm y un agente dispersante aceptable para uso en agricultura. Reivindicación 2: Una suspo-emulsión que contiene boscalida y kresoxim de metilo que comprende: A) una fase acuosa continua; B) (i) una fase de emulsión dispersa que comprende una dosis efectiva como fungicida de kresoxim de metilo; (ii) cantidad suficiente de emulsionante para emulsionar kresoxim de metilo; C) (iii) una fase sólida dispersa que comprende una dosis efectiva como fungicida de boscalida, en donde el diámetro promedio de partículas es 0,8 - 1,3 mm; (iv) cantidad suficiente de agente dispersante para dispersar la boscalida y otros materiales industriales sólidos presentes en las formulaciones; en donde la fase sólida se dispersa en dicha fase acuosa y/o fase de emulsión. Reivindicación 7: Un método de prevenir y controlar patógenos que causan enfermedades a las plantas, en donde que comprende el uso del concentrado en suspensión / suspo-emulsión de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1 ó 2 a los patógenos y/o el medio ambiente, o a las plantas, partes de las plantas, semillas, suelos, lugar geográfico, material o en el aire.
