Abstract
Métodos para mejorar la resistencia a la erosión, corrosión, desgaste por uso y fatiga en bombas de alta presión. Un método incluye proveer un extremo de fluido que comprende un cuerpo que define una cámara de presión en comunicación de fluido con un orificio de émbolo que tiene un émbolo alternativo dispuesto en el mismo, una cavidad de válvula de aspiración definida en el cuerpo y que tiene un conjunto de válvula de entrada dispuesto en la misma que incluye una válvula de aspiración y un asiento de válvula de aspiración y una cavidad de válvula de descarga definida en el cuerpo y que tiene un conjunto de válvula de descarga dispuesto en la misma que incluye una válvula de descarga y un asiento de válvula de descarga y aplicar una sustancia resistente al desgaste en forma directa sobre una superficie de al menos uno de la cámara de presión, el émbolo, la cavidad de válvula de aspiración, la válvula de aspiración, el asiento de válvula de aspiración, la válvula de descarga y el asiento de descarga.
