Abstract

Система механизированной добычи для скважины имеет качалку на поверхности и глубинный насос. Качалка на поверхности возвратно-поступательно перемещает штанги в скважине и приводит в действие штангой насос, расположенный в трубе в скважине. Цилиндрический корпус насоса имеет всасывающий клапан, предотвращающий выход текучей среды из цилиндрического корпуса. Плунжер установлен возвратно-поступательно перемещаемым в цилиндрическом корпусе и имеет уплотнения с цилиндрическим корпусом. В нагнетательном клапане плунжера применены муфта и подвеска. Муфта перемещается относительно подвески для предотвращения выхода текучей среды из полости внутри плунжера через изменяемый зазор относительно подвески и муфты. Фильтр расположен на плунжере между уплотнениями и отделяет полость плунжера от кольцевого пространства между плунжером и цилиндрическим корпусом. Причем фильтр обеспечивает проход текучей среды между полостью и кольцевым пространством и предотвращает проход твердых частиц в полости в кольцевое пространство.
