Abstract

Estos compuestos son adecuados para el uso como herbicidas. La presente también se refiere a un método de control de malezas, especialmente malezas monocotiledóneas gramíneas, en cultivos de plantas útiles, que comprende la aplicación de una composición herbicida que comprende dicho compuesto a las plantas o a su locus. Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto de fórmula (1) donde: R¹ es metilo, etilo, n-propilo, ciclopropilo, trifluorometilo, vinilo, etinilo, flúor, cloro, bromo, metoxi, difluorometoxi o trifluorometoxi; y tanto (a): R² es R²A y R³ es R³A; o (b): R² es R²B y R³ es R³B; donde: R³A es hidrógeno, metilo, flúor o cloro; y R²A es hidrógeno, metilo, etilo, n-propilo, isopropilo, ciclopropilo, fluoro-alquilo C₁₋₂, vinilo, prop-1-enilo, -CºC-R²AA halógeno, o (fluoro-alquilo C₁₋₂)-metoxi-; donde R²AA es hidrógeno, flúor, trifluorometilo, etilo o ciclopropilo; o R²A es fenilo opcionalmente sustituido por 1, 2 ó 3 sustituyentes que son independientemente halógeno, alquilo C₁₋₂, fluoro-alquilo C₁₋₂, metoximetilo, vinilo, etinilo, alcoxi C₁₋₃, fluoro-alcoxi C₁₋₂, metiltio, metilsulfinilo, metilsulfonilo, ciano o nitro, siempre que tanto uno o ninguno (por ejemplo, no más de uno) de estos sustituyentes opcionales sea metoximetilo, vinilo, etinilo, metiltio, metilsulfinilo, metilsulfonilo o nitro;
