Abstract

La presente se relaciona con polipéptidos aislados que tienen actividad de fosfolipasa C, y polinucleótidos que codifican a los polipéptidos. La solicitud también se relaciona con constructos de ácidos nucleicos, vectores y células huésped que comprenden los polinucleótidos como así también métodos para producir y utilizar los polipéptidos. Reivindicación 1: Un polipéptido aislado que tiene actividad de fosfolipasa C, seleccionado del grupo que consiste en: a) un polipéptido que tiene al menos 90%, al menos 91%, al menos 92%, al menos 93%, al menos 94%, al menos 95%, al menos 96%, al menos 97%, al menos 98%, al menos 99% o 100% de identidad de secuencia con el polipéptido maduro de la SEC ID Nº 2; b) un polipéptido codificado por un polinucleótido que se hibrida en condiciones muy restrictivas con i) el polipéptido maduro que codifica la secuencia SEC ID Nº 1, o ii) el complemento de longitud completa de i); c) un polipéptido codificado por un polinucleótido que tiene al menos 90%, al menos 91%, al menos 92%, al menos 93%, al menos 94%, al menos 95%, al menos 96%, al menos 97%, al menos 98%, al menos 99% o 100% de identidad de secuencia con el polipéptido maduro de la SEC ID Nº 1; d) una variante del polipéptido maduro de la SEC ID Nº 2 que comprende una sustitución, supresión y/o inserción en una o más posiciones; y e) un fragmento del polipéptido de a), b), c) o d) que tiene actividad de fosfolipasa C.
