Abstract

El dispositivo de dosificación tiene una carcasa en donde la carcasa tiene una cámara de entrada con una entrada para la recepción de una corriente de entrada de un producto de confitería aireado dentro de la cámara de entrada, una pluralidad de salidas, cada una de las cuales tiene un par de engranajes giratorios acoplados asociada a la misma, en donde la rotación de los engranajes es proporcional a una porción del producto que se mueve entre la cámara de entrada y la salida asociada. Los engranajes de la pluralidad de salidas están trabados para girar en sincronía, lo que asegura una desviación estándar muy baja entre las subcorrientes. Un motor controla la rotación de los engranajes para mantener la presión dentro de límites predeterminados.
