Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Procedimiento para la preparación de butenos lineales a partir de metanol, que comprende los siguientes pasos: a) provisión de metanol; b) transformación del metanol provisto en un primer paso de reacción en una primera mezcla de reacción que contiene éter dimetílico, agua y eventualmente metanol no transformado; c) transformación de éter dimetílico en un segundo paso de reacción en una segunda mezcla de reacción que contiene propeno así como también otros hidrocarburos con dos, cuatro y cinco átomos de carbono, en donde el segundo paso de reacción es alimentado por lo menos parcialmente con la primera mezcla de reacción; d) procesamiento de la segunda mezcla de reacción obteniendo una fracción rica en propeno así como también por lo menos una fracción pobre en propeno, en donde la fracción pobre en propeno es devuelta por lo menos parcialmente al segundo paso de reacción; e) transformación de propeno en un tercer paso de reacción en una tercera mezcla de reacción que contiene eteno así como también buteno lineal seleccionado entre el grupo que comprende 1-buteno, cis-2-buteno, trans-2-buteno, en donde el tercer paso de reacción es alimentado por lo menos parcialmente con, o a partir de, la fracción rica en propeno; f) procesamiento de la tercera mezcla de reacción en una fracción objetivo rica en butenos lineales y en una fracción rica en eteno.
