Abstract
Un método para cuantificar la respuesta al tratamiento de cáncer en pacientes con metástasis óseas utilizando una evaluación mediante gammagrafía ósea asistida por computadora que comprende: (a) obtener una imagen de gammagrafía ósea; (b) normalizar la imagen de gammagrafía ósea obtenida para identificar lesiones de gammagrafía ósea normalizadas; y (c) evaluar cuantitativamente las lesiones de gammagrafía ósea normalizadas utilizando el área de lesión de gammagrafía ósea, intensidad de gammagrafía ósea o conteo de lesión de gammagrafia ósea.
