Abstract
Un adsorbente que comprende un material de soporte sólido, cuya superficie comprende un residuo de fórmula general (1): - - - - -L--[--PS]ₕ (1) donde el residuo está unido mediante una unión covalente simple a un grupo funcional sobre la superficie ya sea de la masa del material de soporte sólido en sí o de una película de polímero sobre la superficie del material de soporte sólido. Además, la presente se refiere al uso del adsorbente de acuerdo con la presente para la purificación de moléculas orgánicas, en particular compuestos farmacéuticamente activos, preferiblemente en aplicaciones cromatográficas.
