Abstract

Un método y aparato de bombeo de varilla a manivela mejorados, para el bombeo de fluidos, tales como agua y/o hidrocarburos, a partir de una formación subterránea o reservorio, a través del uso de un aparato de bombeo de varilla a manivela (CRP) para impartir un movimiento vertical substancialmente recíproco a una varilla de una bomba de varilla succionadora que presenta una carrera o embolada de ariete o bombeo. Dicho aparato CRP incluye una disposición de actuador mecánico a manivela de accionamiento de motor. Dicha disposición de actuador mecánico a manivela incluye substancialmente un miembro movible verticalmente conectado a dicha varilla de dicha bomba de varilla succionadora para impartir y controlar el movimiento vertical de dicha varilla de la bomba de varilla succionadora. La disposición de actuador puede incluir contrapesos neumáticos.
