Abstract
La presente se refiere a una composición seca para la preparación de una formulación húmeda para la construcción. El objetivo de la presente es proporcionar una composición seca que conduce a unos productos endurecidos para la construcción que presenta un excelente compromiso aligeramiento/propiedades mecánicas: que optimiza la hidratación del ligante: y que permite un aligeramiento estable, sin aumento exagerado del volumen. Para ello, la composición según la presente es a base de ligante mineral (a) e incorpora al menos un polímero superabsorbentes -PSA- (b), y un componente acelerador (c), caracterizada porque comprende al menos una fuente de iones aluminio y, eventualmente (d) un retardador de fraguado; (e) un acelerador de fraguado complementario; (f) un retenedor de agua; (g) una carga; (h) una carga ligera; (i) un hidrofugante; (j) un colorante; (k) unas fibras; (l) un anti-espumante; (m) una resma de polvo redispersable; (n) un agente reológico; (o) un agente incorporador de aire o agente espumante; (p) un agente generador de gas; (q) un ingifugante. La formulación húmeda obtenida mediante mezclado con agua de esta composición seca, los procedimientos de preparación de esta composición seca y de la formulación húmeda correspondiente, los productos de la construcción obtenidos a partir de la formulación húmeda y las labores realizadas con estos productos son otros objetos de la presente.
