Abstract

Se describe una lanza para inyección superior en recipientes metalúrgicos, empleada esencialmente para el proceso de refinado en la producción de arrabio y acero. La lanza (11) presenta por lo menos un tubo interno (13) y una cobertura de hormigón refractario (16), siendo el perfil externo de la cobertura de hormigón refractario (16) poligonal. Se describe además un método para la fabricación de esa lanza (11).Reivindicación 7: Método de fabricación de una lanza para inyección (11), como se definió en una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6, incluyendo las etapas de, preparación del molde (14) y el montaje correspondiente de por lo menos el tubo interior (13) en su interior, llenado con hormigón refractario (16) y vibración correspondiente, curado del hormigón refractario (16) dentro del molde (14), retiro del molde (14) liberando la lanza de inyección (11) en su formato final, y quemado de la lanza de inyección (11) en horno, caracterizado porque la vibración del molde (14) ocurre solamente en el final de la etapa de llenado.
