Abstract

Un kit de reactivo para detectar un analito en una muestra que comprende: (a) un compuesto funcionalizado que comprende: (i) al menos un grupo funcional Click seleccionado de los grupos alquino y azida que es un primer compañero de reacción para una reacción Click, dicha reacción Click es una reacción de cicloadición (3 + 2) entre grupos azida y alquino que resulta en la formación de un anillo 1,2,3-triazol, y (ii) un bloque de construcción de ácido nucleico o análogo de ácido nucleico, en donde el grupo funcional se encuentra unido a una nucleobase, (b) un segundo compañero de reacción para dicha reacción Click que comprende el grupo azida o alquino complementario, en donde el segundo compañero de reacción además comprende un grupo marcador o un grupo precursor de un grupo marcador, y (c) opcionalmente un reactivo que forma marcadores, capaz de convertir grupos precursores marcadores a grupos marcadores.Reivindicación 3: Uso del kit de reactivo de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el compuesto funcionalizado es un compuesto de fórmula (1): C-S-N     (1) en donde C es un grupo funcional Click seleccionado del los grupos alquino y azida que es un primer compañero de reacción para una reacción Click, dicha reacción Click es una reacción de cicloadición (3 + 2) entre grupos azida y alquino que resulta en la formación de un anillo 1,2,3-triazol; S es un espaciador; y, N es un bloque de construcción de ácido nucleico o análogo de ácido nucleico, en donde el grupo funcional Click se encuentra unido a una nucleobase, en donde el compuesto de fórmula (1) forma un producto de asociación con el analito a ser detectado. Reivindicación 15: Un ácido nucleico o una molécula de un análogo de ácido nucleico caracterizado porque tiene incorporada en la misma al menos un compuesto de la fórmula (1) de acuerdo a cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 3 a 14, en donde el grupo funcional es un grupo alquino unido a las posiciones 5 y 6, preferentemente a la posición 5, de una nucleobase de pirimidina, o a las posiciones 7 y 8, preferentemente a la posición 7 de una nucleobase de purina, y en donde la molécula de ácido nucleico o de análogo de ácido nucleico es capaz de hibridizarse con un ácido nucleico complementario. Reivindicación 17: Un método para sintetizar un ácido nucleico o una molécula de un análogo de ácido nucleico que es capaz de de hibridizarse con un ácido nucleico complementario, caracterizado porque comprende incorporar un nucleótido o un bloque de construcción de un análogo de nucleótido que comprende un compuesto de fórmula (1) como se define en cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 4 a 14, en donde el grupo funcional es un grupo alquino unido a las posiciones 5 y 6, preferentemente a la posición 5, de una nucleobase de pirimidina, o a las posiciones 7 y 8, preferentemente a la posición 7 de una nucleobase de purina, dentro de una molécula de ácido nucleico o análogo de ácido nucleico. Reivindicaron 22: Uso del kit de reactivo de la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque es para aplicaciones de agricultura. Reivindicación 27: Uso de cualquier a de las reivindicaciones 22 a 26, caracterizado porque es para detectar y/o diferenciar organismos o cepas genéticamente modificadas, por ejemplo, organismos o cepas de hongos, insectos o plantas.
