Abstract
Un dispositivo electrónico que incluye un alojamiento, un bloque de circuitos eléctricos de botones, por lo menos un botón operable por el usuario comunicado operativamente con el bloque de circuitos eléctricos de botones, un bloque de microcontrolador y un bloque de circuitos eléctricos de encendido por primera vez (FTO). El bloque de circuitos eléctricos de FTO está dispuesto dentro del alojamiento e incluye un nodo de activación y un contacto de recepción de señales. Adicionalmente, el bloque de circuitos eléctricos de FTO está configurado para poner el dispositivo electrónico en un modo prolongado de conservación de energía después de la aplicación directa de una señal eléctrica al nodo de activación a través de un dispositivo externo (por ejemplo, un probador usado en el proceso de fabricación) o de una señal de desactivación recibida en el contacto de recepción de señales. Además, el bloque de circuitos eléctricos de FTO está configurado para finalizar el modo prolongado de conservación de energía y poner el dispositivo electrónico en un modo de funcionamiento normal al recibir una señal predeterminada activada por el usuario desde por lo menos un botón operable por el usuario. Además, el bloque de microcontrolador está configurado para generar la señal de desactivación recibida en el contacto de recepción de señales en respuesta a una señal de comando externo recibida por el bloque de microcontrolador.
