Abstract

Implante de fusión para una articulación facetaria que comprende un módulo portante (1) y un módulo de fusión (2), donde el módulo de fusión (2) está dispuesto en el módulo portante (1) y presenta un elemento de soporte para medios de fijación transfacetarios (65), donde el módulo portante comprende (1) un elemento de expansión y elementos de mordaza (4, 4’) que presentan superficies de apoyo (43) para la lámina (93), que sobresalen de lados exteriores y que son desplazables longitudinalmente en una guía de manera tal que una separación de los módulos de fusión (6) es variable por medio del elemento de expansión. El elemento portante forma un anclaje posicionable seguro y preciso para el módulo de fusión. Además, el módulo portante provoca un aumento, de manera que también permite una terapia aún en casos de vértebras debilitadas por defecto.
