Abstract
La presente solicitud se refiere a un procedimiento para la estimación de la cantidad de entidades depositadas sobre micropartículas en suspensión en una solución, así como a un dispositivo relacionado con ese procedimiento. El procedimiento comprende las etapas siguientes: (a) se ilumina la solución con una fuente de luz; (b) se detecta una señal óptica formada por la difusión, en la solución, de la luz de iluminación, (c) se analiza la señal óptica que se obtuvo en la etapa (b), con el objeto de obtener un indicador relativo a esa señal; (d) se compara el indicador que se obtuvo en la etapa (c) con un indicador de referencia, que se obtuvo para una solución de referencia, y esa comparación permite estimar la cantidad de entidades depositadas sobre las micropartículas.
