Abstract

Proceso de separación de ligninas y de azúcares a partir de un licor de extracción que comprende, en la forma de materia seca (MS), ligninas y azúcares, caracterizado porque comprende: a) concentrar el extracto para obtener un extracto concentrado que contiene materia seca en una proporción que comprende entre 60 y 70% en peso; b) mezclar el extracto concentrado con agua, en partes en peso iguales; c) agitar la mezcla para dispersar las ligninas y obtener una suspensión estable de ligninas; d) filtrar la solución, donde en dicho proceso: la mezcla se efectúa por introducción del extracto concentrado en agua; la temperatura de la solución, durante la formación de la suspensión, comprende entre 50ºC y 60ºC.
