Abstract
En algunos aspectos de la presente, se revela un método para la generación de un haz de energía acústica en una perforación. El método incluye la generación de una primera onda acústica en una primera frecuencia; la generación de una segunda onda acústica en una segunda frecuencia diferente de la primera frecuencia, en donde la primera onda acústica y la segunda onda acústica son generadas por al menos un transductor llevado por un instrumento ubicado dentro de la perforación; la transmisión de la primera onda acústica y de la segunda onda acústica hacia dentro de un medio acústicamente no lineal, en donde la composición del medio no linear produce un haz colimado por un mezclado no lineal de la primera onda acústica y la segunda onda acústica, en donde el haz colimado tiene una frecuencia basada en una diferencia entre la primera frecuencia y la segunda frecuencia; y la transmisión del haz colimado a través de un lente acústico divergente para compensar un efecto refractivo causado por la curvatura de la perforación.
