Abstract

Reivindicacion 1: Habiendo así especialmente descripto y determinado la naturaleza de la presente invencion y la forma como la misma ha de ser llevada a la práctica, se declara reivindicar como de propiedad y derecho exclusivo: 1) Una tapa para abrir y cubrir un contenedor sellado que comprende una placa de perforacion, una lengüeta giratoria de bloqueo, una tapa, un pivote y una cubierta del contenedor, en donde la tapa se mueve entre la primera posicion de cerrado, la posicion de abierto y la segunda posicion de cerrado; en donde la placa de perforacion comprende una superficie superior, una superficie inferior, una porcion de bloqueo de la placa, una porcion perforadora, una porcion de bloqueo del reborde y una apertura, en donde la porcion perforadora se encuentra yuxtapuesta a la superficie inferior que comprende un canal alineado con la apertura que permite el fluido fluya entre el canal y la apertura, en donde la superficie superior de la placa de perforacion se encuentra en un plano inclinado a un ángulo desde la porcion de bloqueo de la placa hasta la porcion de bloqueo del reborde, en donde el ángulo se determina orientando la superficie superior con un plano horizontal y angulando la porcion de bloqueo del reborde por encima del plano horizontal y la porcion de bloqueo de la placa por debajo del plano horizontal, en donde la lengüeta giratoria de bloqueo comprende una porcion de conexion con la tapa y una porcion de la base, en donde la porcion de conexion con la tapa se encuentra yuxtapuesta a la tapa y se mueve en respuesta al movimiento de la tapa, en donde la porcion de la base se encuentra debajo de la porcion de bloqueo de la placa de perforacion y se conecta rotatoriamente para mover la porcion de bloqueo de la placa y la placa de perforacion cuando la tapa y la porcion de conexion con la tapa se mueven de la primera posicion de cerrado a la posicion de abierto, en donde la porcion de la base se mueve sustancialmente de forma tangencial a la porcion de bloqueo de la placa de perforacion, pero no mueve sustancialmente la placa de perforacion cuando la tapa se mueve de la posicion de abierto a la segunda posicion de cerrado en donde la tapa comprende una cubierta de abertura, en donde la cubierta del contenedor comprende un reborde limitante y un cuello del contenedor, en donde cuando la placa de perforacion se mueve en respuesta al movimiento de la porcion de la base, la porcion de bloqueo del reborde se acopla al reborde limitante para sostener sustancialmente dicha placa de perforacion y activar la porcion perforadora y en donde el cuello del contenedor está adaptado para acoplarse a un contenedor, en donde el pivote se encuentra yuxtapuesto a la superficie inferior de la placa de perforacion.
