Abstract

La presente solicitud se refiere a los compuestos de formula general (1) en la que -a- es un enlace simple o doble; Ar representa un grupo aromático sustituido o no; R1 y R2 representan cada uno, independientemente o juntos; un átomo de hidrogeno o un grupo alquilo C1-6 ramificado o no, saturado o insaturado sustituido o no; los grupos R1 y R2 también pueden formar un heterociclo, R3 y R3' representan cada uno, independientemente o juntos, un átomo de hidrogeno o un grupo alquilo C1-6, X representa un átomo de oxígeno o un átomo de azufre, así como las sales de adicion de los compuestos de formula general (1) con los ácidos minerales o los ácidos orgánicos farmacéuticamente aceptables. Reivindicacion 11: Procedimiento de preparacion de los compuestos de formula (1) segun una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 10, caracterizado porque se hace reaccionar una amina de formula R1R2NH en un compuesto de compuesto de formula (4) para obtener el compuesto de formula (3) que se convierte en el azida de formula (2) que mediante reduccion provee el compuesto de formula (1) en el que (-a-), Ar, R1, R2, R3 y R3' son como se definen en la reivindicacion 1 y X representa un átomo de oxígeno, los compuestos de formula (1) con X=S se obtienen después de una etapa adicional de proteccion de la amina primaria seguida de una reaccion con un tioanhídrido. Reivindicacion 12: Intermediarios de síntesis de formula (2) en la que (-a-), Ar, R1, R2, R3 y R3' son como se definen en la reivindicacion 1, utilizada para la preparacion de los compuestos de formula general (1) segun una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 10. Reivindicacion 13: Intermediarios de síntesis de formula (3) en la que (-a-), Ar, R1, R2, R3 y R3' son como se definen en la reivindicacion 1, utilizada para la preparacion de los compuestos de formula general (2) segun la reivindicacion 12. Reivindicacion 20: Composicion farmacéutica caracterizada porque contiene como ingrediente activo al menos un compuesto de formula (1) segun una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 10 o un enantiomero o una sal farmacéuticamente asociada a un soporte farmacéutico inerte o a otros vehículos farmacéuticamente aceptables.
