Abstract

Un sistema de lavado para compresores que incluye etapas de línea de suministro de fluidos acoplados en un extremo a una salida de una bomba y en otro extremo a un conjunto de boquillas correspondiente. Una válvula de control está conectada a la línea de suministro de fluido entre la bomba y el conjunto de boquillas, para suministrar en forma selectiva fluido entre la bomba y el conjunto de boquillas. Cada boquilla de un conjunto de boquillas se encuentra en una entrada del compresor para que las etapas puedan lavar una porcion del compresor. Los conjuntos de boquillas se encuentran alrededor de un montaje de boca de corneta y/o alrededor de un cono de entrada de la entrada del compresor, con una punta atomizadora de boquilla de cada boquilla que se extiende en un conducto de entrada de flujo de aire del compresor. El fluido podrá ser dirigido a una o más etapas en un modelo de secuencia determinado y configurado para lavar el compresor. Los patrones y guías de instalacion se utilizan para instalar las boquillas.
