Abstract

Un filtro de fluido que tiene una caja externa con una pared lateral, una primera pared terminal cerrada, y una segunda pared terminal que define aberturas de entrada y salida de fluido, así como también un cartucho de filtro alojado dentro de la caja externa. El cartucho de filtro incluye un elemento de filtro de capacidad total sustancialmente cilíndrico, que proporciona el pasaje de una porcion mayor de fluido que ingresa al filtro, y un elemento de filtro de derivacion sustancialmente cilíndrico, que proporciona el pasaje de una porcion menor de fluido que ingresa al filtro y está ubicado en forma radial dentro de, y rodeado en forma circunferencial por el elemento de filtro de capacidad total. Por medio de la configuracion de filtro de fluido particular divulgada se proporciona una alternativa simple a los filtros conocidos que tienen filtros de capacidad total y de derivacion ubicados en carcasas comunes.
