Abstract
Представлены система, способы и устройства для анализа буровых растворов. Раскрыта система анализа раствора, предназначенная для определения по меньшей мере одной характеристики бурового раствора. Система включает в себя насос и два реверсируемых канала раствора, каждый из которых выполнен с возможностью, когда находится в первом состоянии, впуска бурового раствора в систему анализа раствора и, когда находится во втором состоянии, удаления бурового раствора из системы анализа раствора. Клапан соединяет по текучей среде реверсируемые каналы раствора с насосом. Клапан управляет соответствующими состояниями реверсируемых каналов раствора. По меньшей мере один измерительный модуль соединен по текучей среде с насосом для приема бурового раствора от него. По меньшей мере один измерительный модуль выполнен с возможностью определения по меньшей мере одной характеристики бурового раствора. Фильтры могут быть соединены по текучей среде с каждым из реверсируемых каналов раствора. Фильтры предотвращают вхождение твердых частиц заданного размера в систему анализа раствора.
