Abstract
La invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la granulación de una solución concentrada de urea al tiempo que la granulación produce un granulado de urea y un aire cargado de polvo, el cual se alimenta entonces a un lavador de polvo que separa las partículas de polvo más bastas con una solución de urea menos concentrada y que libera un aire residual que comprende aire con amoniaco, dióxido de carbono y agua y un aerosol que comprende principalmente isocianato amónico y una parte de sublimado de urca muy fino, mientras que el aerosol se separa entonces y se alimenta a una unidad de isomerización que comprende una destilación en donde el isocianato amónico reacciona con vapor de agua para formar urea la cual se dirige entonces de nuevo al lavador de polvo como una solución de urea menos concentrada, y el aire residual se dirige a un lavador ácido que libera aire limpio a la atmósfera y al cual conduce finalmente al reciclo del aerosol de isocianato amónico a la urea. La invención también se refiere a un dispositivo para llevar a cabo el procedimiento antes mencionado.
