Abstract

Un método para optimizar parámetros del sistema en una unidad de crudo para reducir la corrosion y/o la deposicion de los subproductos de corrosion en la unidad de crudo. El método incluye medir o predecir las propiedades asociadas con los parámetros del sistema y usar un controlador automatizado para analizar las propiedades para provocar los ajustes en el programa de productos químicos para optimizar los parámetros del sistema. Al ajustar los parámetros del sistema se controla efectivamente la corrosion en la unidad de crudo reduciendo la corrosividad de un fluido en la corriente de proceso y/o al proteger el sistema de una sustancia potencialmente corrosiva. Las sondas para detectar los parámetros del sistema se disponen en una o más localizaciones en la corriente de proceso para permitir un monitoreo preciso de los parámetros del sistema en la unidad de crudo.
