Se provee un nuevo compuesto de ciclopropancarboxilato que tiene un excelente efecto de control de plagas representado por la formula (1). Reivindicacion 2: Una composicion de control de plagas, caracterizado porque comprende el ciclopropancarboxilato de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1 como un ingrediente activo. Reivindicacion 3: Un método de control de plagas, caracterizado porque comprende la aplicacion de una cantidad efectiva de ciclopropancarboxilato de acuerdo con reivindicacion 1 a una plaga o a un hábitat de la plaga.
