Abstract
Se describen un método y un aparato para la utilizacion eficiente del proceso de pedido de repeticion automática híbrida (HARQ), para transmisiones semipersistentes y dinámicas de datos, donde es posible reutilizar una identificacion (ID) del proceso HARQ reservado. Se reserva un subgrupo de una pluralidad de ID del proceso HARQ para usar para una asignacion semipersistente, y los datos se transmiten basándose en la asignacion semipersistente. Se recibe una asignacion dinámica mediante un canal de control físico por el enlace descendente (PDCCH). Al menos una de las ID del proceso HARQ reservado se usa selectivamente para transmitir datos, basándose en la asignacion dinámica.
