Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un procedimiento y un dispositivo para la limpieza de varios sustratos, en particular, sustratos porosos como las telas. La invencion brinda un procedimiento para la limpieza de un sustrato que comprende una etapa que consiste en someter el sustrato a una pulverizacion de aire-agua, generada utilizando un medio de pulverizacion que comprende un conducto de aire y un conducto de agua, donde el aire es superior al 90% en volumen de la pulverizacion, la velocidad del aire es superior a 80 m/s, y donde dicho conducto de aire no rodea coaxialmente dicho conducto de agua. La presente invencion también brinda un dispositivo para limpiar una tela sucia, que comprende un recipiente de agua de alimentacion y un compresor de aire en comunicacion fluida con una boquilla de pulverizacion que comprende un conducto de aire y un conducto de agua, dicho dispositivo es capaz de generar una presion de aire que oscila entre 15 y 45 psia y una velocidad de aire superior a 80 m/s a la salida de dicha boquilla; y el aire es superior al 90% en volumen de dicha pulverizacion y donde dicho conducto de aire no rodea coaxialmente dicho conducto de agua. En especial, se prefiere una boquilla de mezclado externo en el dispositivo de la invencion.
