Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Un proceso para preparar topotecano o una de sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables, caracterizado porque comprende hacer reaccionar 10-hidroxi-camptotecina con una sal de iminio de la fórmula (1): [H₂C=NR¹R²]⁺ X (1) en donde R¹ y R² representan un grupo metilo o un grupo CH₂R³; R³ representa un grupo protector; X representa un anión; en presencia de una base y un solvente orgánico.
