Abstract
Un método y un aparato para precalentar un horno durante la fase de calentamiento de la operacion del horno. The flame is stabilized and anchored in the pilot nozzle by means of the recirculation of parts of the flame and its constituents from the inside of the oven towards the nozzle by preventing the air passing through the primary ignition zone from being affected by the air flow through the main combustion air duct, the divergence of the injected fuel jets with respect to the axial direction at an angle of between approximately 20 ° and 80 °, and when applied to the fuel jets injected a component of tangential direction with respect to the axial direction in order to rotate the flame on the axis of the pilot.
