Description
The present invention is used in cooking ovens for outdoor cooking cars, etc., and relates to an auto-ignition oil burner that uses fuel oil such as kerosene, and is particularly resistant to red fire and easy to reignite after extinguishing, The present invention relates to an automatic ignition type oil burner that consumes significantly less power than a conventional oil burner.
Conventional oil burners are roughly classified into two types: gun type burners and Bunsen type burners.
The gun type burner is a burner that ignites and ignites oil by combining a fan that sends air and a pressure spray type burner (a burner that applies pressure to oil and ejects it from a nozzle part). The gun type burner has the advantage that it can be ignited immediately and consumes less power, but it is red fire during combustion, and the range of adjustment of the combustion amount is narrow, and hydrocarbon fuel is burned while adjusting the thermal power. It is extremely difficult to achieve a blue fire that is in a complete combustion state.
On the other hand , the Bunsen type burner is disclosed in, for example,
In addition , it often takes a considerable time to achieve complete combustion stably.
The present invention has been made for the purpose of solving the problems of the conventional oil burners described above, and realizes the immediate ignitability of the gun type burner and the complete combustion (blue fire combustion) of the Bunsen burner at the same time. In addition, it is an object of the present invention to provide an automatic ignition type oil burner capable of significantly reducing power consumption.
The present inventors have result of repeated experiments and studies, but conventional for the preheating of the fuel has been used more apparatus of cartridge heaters or the like power consumption, using a gun type burner as sub burner Alternatively It has been found that the use of electric power can be remarkably reduced by preheating the fuel oil of the main burner, and the present invention has been achieved.
That is, the first configuration of the present invention that achieves the object of the present invention includes a main burner unit that completely burns fuel oil, and a sub-burner unit that preheats the fuel oil to an ignitable temperature, that is, a vaporization temperature in a part of the main burner. An automatic ignition type oil burner comprising:
The main burner section includes a fuel oil pipe connected to a fuel supply source, an annular vaporization pipe communicating with the fuel oil pipe, and a vaporized fuel oil from the vaporization pipe at a downstream end of the vaporization pipe A main burner nozzle for blowing air, an air suction pipe for supplying air to the vaporized fuel oil jetted from the main burner nozzle, a hollow portion communicating with the air suction pipe, and a radial shape above the hollow portion A combustion section having a plurality of slits formed,
A part of the sub-burner is connected to a fuel supply source, a fuel oil pipe having a sub-burner nozzle at a downstream end, an ignition electrode for igniting fuel oil ejected from the sub-burner nozzle, and a main burner part A preheating part that is formed adjacent to a part of the vaporization pipe and preheats a part of the vaporization pipe with a flame of fuel oil from the ignited sub-burner nozzle;
A temperature sensor is provided at the outlet of the vaporizing pipe, and when the operation of the oil burner is started, the fuel oil is supplied only to the fuel oil pipe of the sub burner portion, and the fuel oil ejected from the sub burner portion is ignited. When combustion starts, supply of fuel oil to the fuel oil pipe of the main burner section is started, and when it is confirmed by the temperature sensor that the temperature of the fuel oil pipe of the main burner section has reached a predetermined temperature, A control mechanism for stopping the supply of fuel oil to the fuel oil pipe of the sub-burner unit;
The auto-ignition oil burner is characterized in that the vaporized fuel oil rising from the slit of the combustion portion of a part of the main burner is ignited by a flame from the sub-burner nozzle and starts combustion.
According to a second configuration of the present invention, in addition to the first configuration, a part of the vaporization tube is formed in a spiral portion wound in a spiral shape, and the preheating portion is supplied from the sub-burner nozzle. An auto-ignition type oil burner having a portion for preheating the spiral portion by a flame and a portion for preheating the vaporizing tube by a tip portion of the flame from the sub-burner nozzle.
According to the first configuration of the present invention, a gun type burner type sub-burner unit is used to preheat the fuel oil to an ignitable temperature, that is, a vaporization temperature, in the main burner unit that completely burns the fuel oil. It is no longer necessary to use an electric heater that consumes a large amount of power, and power consumption can be reduced by up to 70%. In addition, it is possible to eliminate the disadvantages of being burned out in an empty-fired state as in the case of a conventional electric heater, and having low durability due to the high temperature of the heat generating part.
Also, by using a gun-type sub-burner instead of an electric heater, a small high-voltage transformer can be used for ignition, saving the number of parts and saving power consumption in ignition. Can do. Moreover, preheating takes less time than conventional electric heaters, and furthermore, only fuel oil passes through the fuel oil piping, so there is less risk of backfire. Further, the red fire state can be reduced as much as possible by switching the fuel oil piping of a part of the sub-burner used for ignition and preheating and the fuel oil piping of a part of the main burner that completely burns the fuel oil.
In addition, the conventional oil burner was premised on the use of kerosene as the fuel oil, but according to the present invention, because the calorific value of the sub-burner portion is large, the preheating and vaporization efficiency of the fuel oil is high. Fuel oil below kerosene such as light oil and heavy oil that could not be used conventionally can also be used. Also , unlike conventional electric heaters , in addition to the power supplied from household power sources, it is possible to supply power from small power sources such as simple solar panels and batteries, and there are a variety of places and applications. Is expected.
Furthermore, according to the present invention, a fuel is provided that includes a temperature sensor installed at the outlet of the vaporization pipe, supplies fuel oil only to the fuel oil piping of a part of the sub-burner at the start of operation of the oil burner, and is ejected from the sub-burner section. When the oil is ignited and combustion starts, supply of fuel oil to the fuel oil piping of the main burner section is started, and when the temperature sensor confirms that the temperature of the fuel oil piping of a part of the main burner has reached a predetermined temperature, Since it has a control mechanism that stops the supply of fuel oil to the fuel oil piping of the burner section, ignition of the sub burner section, switching of fuel oil supply to the fuel oil piping of the sub burner section and main burner section, main burner section A series of operations of ignition and combustion can be automatically controlled and performed, and the work is simple and easy.
Further, according to the second configuration of the present invention, a part of the vaporizing tube is spirally wound to be formed in the spiral portion, and the preheating portion preheats the spiral portion by the flame from the sub burner nozzle. And a portion that preheats the vaporization tube by the tip of the flame from the sub-burner nozzle, so that the vaporization tube is preheated at two locations preheated by the spiral portion and the flame tip. Heat is rapidly transferred and the fuel oil in the vaporization pipe can be rapidly and efficiently preheated to the vaporization temperature.
Embodiments of the autoignition oil burner of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to FIGS. 1, 2, and 3, an automatic ignition type oil burner according to the present invention includes a
The
On the other hand , the
As shown in FIG. 3, a part of the vaporizing
The control mechanism 23 (FIG. 1) comprising the
An example of the detailed structure of the
Next , the operation of the automatic ignition type oil burner having the above configuration will be described.
By operating the
Then it ignited using the spark of the high
The
At the same time as the
