Abstract
Los compuestos de la formula (1) donde R1 es Ar1 o Het1; Het es un heterociclo saturado, insaturado o aromático monocíclico con 1 a 4 átomos de N, O y/o S, que puede no estar sustituido o que puede estar mono-, di- o trisustituido con B, Ar1 es fenilo naftilo o bifenilo no sustituido o mono-, di- o trisustituido con Hal, A, OH, OA, CN, CONH2, CONHA, CONAA', SO2NH2, SO2NHA, SO2NAA', NH2, NHA, NAA', SOA, SO2A, OCH2O y/u OCH2CH2O, Het1 es un heterociclo aromático mono- o bicíclico con 1 a 4 átomos de N, O y/o S que puede no estar sustituido o que puede estar mono- di- o trisustituido con Hal, A, OH, OA, CN, CONH2, CONHA, CONAA', SO2NH2, SO2NHA, SO2NAA', NH2, NHA, NAA', SOA, SO2A, OCH2O y/u OCH2CH2O, Q está ausente o es alquileno C1-4; B es OA, A, CONH2, CONHA, CONAA', SO2NH2, SO2NHA, SO2NAA', NH2, NHA, NAA', SOA, SO2A, O(CH2)nR2, CONA(CH2)nR2, CONH(CH2)nR2, Hal, CN, NA(CH2)nR2,NH(CH2)nR2, N=CH-N(CH3)2, o como en los restos de formulas (2); R2 es H, OH, OA, NH2, NHA, NAA', o como en los restos de formulas (3), A, A' son en cada caso, de modo independiente entre sí, alquilo no ramificado o ramificado C1-10, en donde 1-7 átomos de H pueden estar reemplazados por F, Cl y/o Br, alquilo cíclico C3-7 o cicloalquilalquileno C4-10, Hal es F, Cl, Br o I, n es 0, 1, 2 o 3, así como sus derivados, solvatos, sales, tautomeros y estereoisomeros de utilidad farmacéutica, incluyendo sus mezclas en todas las proporciones. Son inhibidores de las tirosina quinasas, en especial de la Met-quinasa, y pueden utilizarse, por ejemplo, para el tratamiento de tumores
