Abstract
La presente divulgacion proporciona métodos para la transformacion de células o tejidos de soja y la regeneracion de las células o tejidos de soja en plantas transformadas. Los métodos divulgados utilizan un explante preparado a partir de una inflorescencia inmadura, ápice de brote, hoja axilar, brote axilar de soja o combinacion de los mismos de soja que puede ser inducida directamente a formar brotes que dan origen a plantas transgénicas mediante organogénesis.
