Abstract

Un dispositivo de operacion de un aparato de proteccion eléctrica alojado en una carcasa aislante (1) que contiene un par de contactos fijos (5) y moviles (4), en donde se puede activar dicho contacto movil (4) ya sea manualmente, por medio de una manija (6), o automáticamente, que comprende una varilla de transmision (10) acoplada a la manija (6), un dispositivo de soporte (3) del contacto movil (4) que comprende una placa (15) montada de forma giratoria sobre un pivote (31) y que tiene una conexion mecánica frágil con la varilla de transmision (10) y una palanca de accionamiento (16) operada por un dispositivo de accionamiento para quebrar la conexion mecánica, lo cual da como resultado el accionamiento automático del mecanismo independientemente de la manija (6) y la separacion de los contactos (4,5) en caso de que ocurra una falla, en donde la conexion mecánica frágil se forma por una muesca de retencion de la palanca de accionamiento (16) que funciona junto con un pestillo (19) montado en forma giratoria sobre una clavija (20) de la placa, en donde el quiebre de la conexion mecánica corresponde al desenganche del pestillo.
