Abstract

Se describen un método y aparato para recibir transmisiones a través de un canal compartido por el enlace descendente, a alta velocidad (HS-DSCH, high speed downlink shared channel). Una entidad de control de acceso a los medios de HS-DSCH (MAC-ehs) recibe las unidades de datos del protocolo (PDU) de MAC-ehs, a través de un canal compartido por el enlace descendente, a alta velocidad (HS-DSCH, high speed downlink shared channel) mientras se encuentra en el estado de CelI_FACH, en el estado de Cell_PCH o en el estado de URA PCH. Las PDU de reordenamiento incluidas en las PDU de MAC-eh pueden ser enviadas a una siguiente entidad de procesamiento, sin llevar a cabo el reordenamiento de las PDU. Una cierta cola de reordenamiento puede entrar en un estado de suspension, cuando se produce un evento disparador, y las PDU de MAC-eh, distribuidas en la cola de reordenamiento en el estado de suspension pueden enviarse a la siguiente entidad de procesamiento, sin llevar a cabo el reordenamiento. El procedimiento de reestablecimiento de MAC-ehs puede extenderse para una cierta transmision, de manera tal que el reestablecimiento de MAC-ehs se lleve a cabo después de recibir una PDU de MAC-ehs en una celda objetivo.
