Abstract

Pirazol [3,4-d] pirimidin-4-ona, específicamente un derivado de 1-(piridin-4-il)-pirazol [3,4-d] pirimidin-4-ona. Este compuesto es un inhibidor de quinasas que presenta una actividad antiproliferativa inesperada contra células, incluyendo contra células tumorales, y actividad antitumoral en modelos de xenoinjerto de tumores. El compuesto, o una sal o prodroga adecuada del mismo, es de utilidad para el tratamiento de sujetos que sufren de un cáncer u otro trastorno o enfermedad proliferativa. Se provee además una composicion y un producto farmacéutico que los comprenden, un método para su preparacion y su uso en la fabricacion de un medicamento para el tratamiento del cáncer. Reivindicacion 1: Un compuesto, caracterizado porque que es (i) el compuesto de la formula (1), o (ii) un tautomero del compuesto de (i).
