Abstract

Se revela un método y aparato para proveer un indicador (PANI) de campo de reconocimiento positivo / reconocimiento negativo (ACK/NACK) concatenado (PAN) y un indicador de sondeo. Un campo combinado de un bit PANI, un bit de período de bloquereservado relativo (RRBP) y un campo de sondeo complementario (ES/P) de EGPRS puede indicar un esquema de sondeo y la presencia de un campo PAN. De manera alternativa, la presencia del campo PAN en el bloque de datos puede ser indicada utilizandouna secuencia de entrenamiento específica. Alternativamente, se puede llevar a cabo una codificacion de la correccion de errores hacia adelante (FEC) en el bloque de datos que incluye la cabecera y la presencia del campo PAN se puede indicarcifrando los bits codificados correspondientes a la cabecera con una secuencia de cifrado específica. De manera alternativa, se puede generar una secuencia de comprobacion de cabecera (HCS) y la presencia del campo PAN se indica mezclando unasecuencia predeterminada con la HCS.
