Un dispositivo (1) para el relevamiento y verificacion de los datos de identificacion, integrado a un sistema de comunicaciones, y un método relacionado para admitir no solo la recopilacion de una amplia gama de datos de identificacion sensibles,sino también su procesamiento y transmision en forma cifrada, asignándoles precisas referencias de hora y posicion, y que emplea: medios de captacion digital de datos, en particular datos de imágenes y/o sonidos; medios de posicionamiento; mediospara medir el tiempo; medios de transmision digital; un microprocesador (24); medios de cifrado de datos sensibles; medios para identificar al usuario de un dispositivo; un software que asigna una referencia de hora y una referencia de posicion alos datos de imágenes y/o sonidos y los traduce en una forma cifrada que identifica al usuario del dispositivo.
