Abstract

Un catalizador de descomposicion de N2O, que comprende una zeolita tipo ferrierite aglomerada, bajo la forma inicial Na, K intercambiada con amoníaco y finalmente intercambiada con hierro, con: - la tasa en peso de dicho hiero variando de 0,5 a 1,2%, con relacion al peso de la zeolita - la tasa en peso de sodio y la tasa en peso de potasio siendo inferior a 0,1 % con relacion a la zeolita - dicha sal de hierro teniendo una tasa de impurezas inferior a 0,5% consistiendo esencialmente de otras sales metálicas. También un procedimiento de preparacion de dicho catalizador, un procedimiento de tratamiento de efluentes gaseosos que comprende N2O y la utilizacion de dicho catalizador en el tratamiento de efluentes gaseosos que comprende N2O, proveniente de colas de talleres de acido nítrico o de talleres de oxidacion nítrica de compuestos orgánicos en la síntesis química orgánica.
