Abstract

Reivindicacion 1: Un método para la produccion de un panel estructural de construccion, comprendiendo el método los pasos de: colocar en un molde, láminas de revestimiento espaciadas para formar una cavidad entre éstas; introducir dentro de la cavidad un material fluido cementoso de nucleo para formar, luego de curado, un panel ligero de nucleo, caracterizado el método en que el material fluido cementoso del nucleo incluye al menos un polímero celulosico parcialmente soluble en agua adaptado para retener humedad en el material cementoso del nucleo en una region adyacente a las superficies internas de las láminas de revestimiento para reforzar una ligazon entre el nucleo y las láminas de revestimiento al controlar la tasa de hidratacion de las partículas de cemento en la region.A composite interleaved structural panel comprises spaced coated sheets of fiber reinforced cement or plywood and a lightweight cementitious core formed from a cement powder suspension; Water; a low density aggregate such as expanded plastic, exfoliated minerals such as perlite or vermiculite, polymeric or ceramic microspheres; and optional ingredients including ashes and lime. Claim 1: A method for the production of a structural construction panel, the method comprising the steps of: placing in a mold, spaced cover sheets to form a cavity between them; introducing into the cavity a cementitious fluid core material to form, after curing, a light core panel, characterized by the method in which the cementitious fluid core material includes at least one partially water soluble cellulosic polymer adapted to retain moisture in the cementitious core material in a region adjacent to the inner surfaces of the cladding sheets to reinforce a bond between the core and the cladding sheets by controlling the rate of hydration of the cement particles in the region.
