Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere en términos generales a las lentes intraoculares (LIOs) con superficies multiples y/o elementos multiples, en las cuales se adapta una pluralidad de superficies para compensar una variedad de aberraciones, en particular, las aberraciones fuera de eje como el coma o la aberracion esférica. En un aspecto, se divulga una lente intraocular que incluye una optica posterior y una optica anterior. Una optica compensa una aberracion radialmente simétrica y la otra compensa una aberracion radialmente asimétrica.
