Abstract

Un método de producir aluminio en una célula Hall-Héroult con ánodos pre-horneados, como así también ánodos para la misma. Los ánodos están provistos con ranuras en su superficie de desgaste (fondo) para el drenaje de gas. Las ranuras son de 2-8 milímetros de ancho, preferiblemente 3 milímetros.
