Abstract

Reivindicacion 1: Un intensificador de sabor libre de sodio y libre de glutamato para productos alimenticios salados, que comprende: a) un aminoácido seleccionado entre argirina y/o lisina; b) ácido adípico; c) entre 50 y 80% el peso e KCl; d) entre 0 y 20% del peso de una sal de amonio del peso del intensificador de sabor total, donde la relacion de peso entre el aminoácido y el ácido adípico es al menos 20:6, preferentemente al menos 20:4, con mayor preferencia al menos 20:3, y preferentemente 40:0,4 como máximo, con mayor preferencia 60:1 como máximo, y con mayor preferencia aun 40:1 como máximo.
